Breasts are considered one of the main attributes of women's beauty. They can vary greatly among women and change over the years due to pregnancies, weight changes, and other life events. Breast augmentation, or augmentation mammoplasty, can be performed by placing silicone implants of different shapes and properties, or by using your own fat with lipotransfer (Lipocellular Regeneration).

When tissue quality is not optimal and the breasts exhibit stretch marks and laxity, GalaFLEX™ mesh provides support and improves breast tissue. GalaFLEX™ mesh is composed of hydroxybutyrate, an organic compound absorbed after approximately 14 months, leaving behind connective tissue that is 3–4 times stronger than native breast tissue. It acts as an internal bra that supports the implant and helps maintain its position longer.
Fat is harvested from the patient and subsequently injected into the breasts to increase volume or correct irregularities. This procedure is called breast augmentation with Cellular Regeneration.
Fat is the tissue with the highest concentration of stem cells in the body, which enhances breast tissue quality. Because it is the patient’s own tissue, there is no rejection. Another advantage is that the procedure can be performed multiple times until the desired size is achieved.

Silicone-covered implants are filled with saline (sterile salt water) to the desired volume. These can deflate over time and are not recommended.
Filled with silicone gel that mimics the natural texture of breast tissue. Known to provide a more natural look and feel. They are of higher quality than saline implants.
Within silicone implants, there are two shapes: round and anatomical (teardrop). Surface options include smooth, textured, and polyurethane surfaces, and gels vary in cohesivity (viscosity).
